All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST
We reserve the right to change prices and correct any typographical errors without notice
If a product is no longer available, out of stock or unable to be order for any reason whatsoever, we take no responsibility for any situation that may arise as a result.
We will do our very best to accommodate your sales request where possible.
All colours shown on this website are an indication only and although as best quality as possible, there may be variances in colour batches due to production.
Very occasionally a product may be out of stock or no longer available from our suppliers.
Please note that this is out of our control and that while we will do our very best to fill your order, there may be circumstances that prevent us from doing so.
Orders will be back ordered and customer will be notified unless advised otherwise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The Dancer’s Warehouse DOES NO REFUND simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
We understand that sometimes you may purchase the wrong size or style and will offer an exchange under the following conditions:
- It is within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You have proof of purchase
- Packaged Items – Must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Clothing – Must have manufacturer’s tags intact and not be soiled, worn, or washed.
- Shoes – Must be in original condition and not marked on soles
All returns and exchanges for online purchases must be accompanied with a return authorization number, & original purchase receipt.
Contact us at email@example.com to request an authorisation number.
There are No Returns On: tights, undergarments, socks and wigs (unless deemed faulty).
All items are covered by a 14 day manufacturer’s warranty.
If you wish to return a product for repair or replacement please contact us for further details prior to returning the item(s).
Any item(s) returned without our authorisation or without our prior knowledge will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any return postage costs incurred.
Damaged & Faulty Goods
The Dancer’s Warehouse reserves the right to assess a damaged product and choose to repair minor damage.
If damaged items need replacing we will exchange for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable, in which case you will be notified and given the option of another choice or refund. You will not be charged return freight.
Other reasons, such as wrong size/colour chosen
All sales are final and we are unable to accept any products back for return once it has been processed, once it has been opened or used, unless the item is faulty. In this instance we reserve the right to replace the item with the same product or one of a similar specification if the original item is no longer available.
In special, extreme or very unusual circumstances we may approve an item for return. Any items that are accepted for return, (other than those items that have been returned under warranty), are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the item must be received in as new condition and with all the original packaging and instructions intact, once an item has been handled or used it cannot be returned. Further costs may be incurred if the packaging is damaged or the item cannot be offered for sale as a new item. Any shipping costs incurred for the return of any product is not refundable.
When returning an item please ensure it is well packed to prevent transit damage, and the items are insured against loss. We will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If an item is lost you will need to seek compensation or lodge a claim directly from the shipping or postal company concerned. If required we will provide a copy of your invoice to help support your compensation claim.
Postage charges for exchanged and returned items (unless deemed faulty) must be paid by the customer and are not free
The Dancer’s Warehouse uses Australia Post for shipping. Please be aware that there may be up to 10 days on delivery due to the current situation, with much mail now shipping via road.
Once we have posted your parcel it is in the hands of Australia Post and we cannot be responsible for delivery of the parcel.
If you request parcel to be left in a safe space, you are responsible for parcels not delivered safely or securely.
